We all have places in our life where we are blocked. Working together, we will identify those blocks and utilize a
variety of tools to help you to overcome them.
Creating A Step By Step Plan
Life is full of opportunities, choices and decisions. These can be overwhelming at times, and we are left unsure which direction to head in first. Your very first session will allow you to share your goals, discuss any obstacles you are personally having and work with me to help craft an outline for direction that is customized for you. Most clients find that 2-3 sessions have them well on their way to uncovering what has been holding them back, but some choose to keep me around for a bit longer.
Coaching Vs. Therapy
Coaching sessions are specific and goal oriented. Working with a life coach can help you uncover beliefs you may be holding onto that are holding you back, create a plan for achieving a goal or two, and help you shift your mindset to line you up for success. That's my specialty.
I love helping people get "unstuck" and on track to their dreams. However, deep seated, life long emotional issues are best left in the hands of a licensed therapist. If I feel this would best suit you, I'd be happy to make recommendations to therapists I trust.

As a professionally trained and experienced mindset coach over the past 17 years, I have the tools and understanding to help you to create the life you imagine, release those blocks that are holding you back from succeeding and allow you to see your own worth clearly. My toolbox is full of all of the regular tools a coach would use, it just has some "extras" like essential oils that help you release blockages, focus or help you relax, crystal recommendations with properties that are specific to your needs, affirmations, and of course messages from readings and my Guides to help realize your desires.

I am humbled that 95% of my clients are referred to me by a past or current client. This means someone has already spent some time telling them about their experience, the readings, the messages they receive and the success they are having. But if you are finding me and don't know what to expect, please don't hesitate to contact me with any of your questions. Some people are interested in more mainstream coaching, tools and techniques.
